Muhammad Yunus

Muhammad Yunus is an Advocate High Court with a legal career extending since 2002. He served as Civil Judge 1st Class and Judicial Magistrate under the Lahore High Court and Government of Punjab from 2004 to 2014. His experience as both judge and advocate enables him to give clients practical, balanced and court-focused advice from the earliest stage of a matter through trial, appeal and final resolution.

He advises and represents individuals, businesses, financial institutions and overseas Pakistanis in criminal, civil, constitutional, family, consumer, service and employment matters. His practice includes criminal trials, bail and FIR-related proceedings; cybercrime, financial crime and banking disputes; property, revenue, construction and inheritance matters; corporate and commercial advisory; contracts, due diligence, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, taxation and customs matters.

Muhammad also handles arbitration, commercial disputes, company formation and governance, debt recovery, cross-border transactions and legal documentation, and supports overseas clients with Pakistan-side identity and civil-status, family and guardianship, property, succession, business and litigation matters. In UK entry-clearance matters he coordinates the Pakistan-side documentation and legal support alongside the firm's senior partner who is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Fahad. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom (MCIArb), and his approach is founded on careful preparation, clear advice, confidentiality and direct access to the lawyer handling the matter.
